Stephanie M. Barnett presented “How to Take a Deposition” for the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Family Law Section on Monday, July 23, 2018. Stephanie was joined by co-panelist Neal R. Hersh, founding partner of Hersh Mannis LLP. The program provided legal and practical information regarding depositions, including strategy and preparation for depositions, taking depositions of parties and non-parties, and the effective use of depositions at trial.
