Stephanie M. Barnett’s panel addressed ‘Income for Support,’ which included defining income, pass-through income, retained and distributable income, perquisites, taxable vs. non-taxable income, control, depreciation and non-cash expenses. Barnett’s co-panelists were Darlene L. Elmore, CPA, The Honorable Thomas Trent Lewis (in Los Angeles), and The Honorable Jeffrey Burke (in San Francisco).

In addition, Barnett moderated a Q&A panel with Bruce A. Clemens, Esq., Darlene L.
