Michelle is an experienced attorney with over 9 years of experience who specializes in representing high-net-worth individuals in family law matters. Michelle handles a wide range of family issues including premarital and post-marital agreements, dissolution cases and proceedings for parentage. Michelle has represented clients in all aspects of family law matters including mediations, settlement conferences, evidentiary hearings, domestic violence proceedings, law and motion hearings, and trials. Michelle works toward creative solutions with a focus on her clients’ goals in connection with child custody, child support, spousal support, and division of assets. Michelle has exclusively practiced family law since being licensed as an attorney in California.

Michelle has a deep understanding of the stressors, pressures, and the emotional toll attendant to going through a family law proceeding and is sensitive to the needs of her clients. Michelle is result driven and provides aggressive and effective representation for her clients during their most trying times.

Prior to joining Barnett Law Group, Michelle practiced at a prestigious Los Angeles family law firm for 7 years where she handled numerous high-profile matters involving wealthy individuals.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children and her dog. She is also an active donor to the National Council of Jewish Women.
